From Halle to the world.

A French mother. A Belgian father with a Latin record collection. An uncle who lived on Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and the Sex Pistols. The story starts there.

Eddy’s Records, Halle

At sixteen, Kris is behind the counter at Eddy’s Records, the local shop in Halle. He buys a Roland W30 and starts composing. The Belgian techno scene is just about to ignite.

Music Man Records — “Destiny”

"Give me a sizable advance to buy more recording equipment, and I’ll give you a hit record." He delivers — Destiny takes him on a world tour.

Bookings at Mayday, Dorian Grey, and New York’s Limelight Club follow.

Bonzai Records

"Boots On The Run" lands as INSIDER. "Noxius" lands under the alias Tyrome. "Sugar Is Sweeter" and "The Prophet" hit #11 and #19 on the UK Singles Chart.

Armand Van Helden’s remix of "Sugar Is Sweeter" goes #1 on Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs.
